If you are using Internet Explorer versions 8.0 or 9.0, you will need to update your Compatibility View Settings for the Flexible Spending Account Claim Inquiry and Benefit Inquiry (9.0 only) to work correctly. 

How do I know what version of Internet Explorer I am using? 
Open your Internet Explorer. Go to Help and then choose About Internet Explorer. You will see the version in the pop-up window.  

How do I change my Compatibility View settings? 
Click Tools at the top of your browser and then Compatibility View Settings. Click "Display all websites in Compatibility View" and then Close.
