Parkland Employee Health Plan - Tier 1 Provider Directory

Important Notes:

• UT Southwestern providers who have Parkland privileges are considered Tier 1 in the Parkland Employee Health Plan (PEHP). These UT Southwestern providers with Parkland privileges are Tier 1 for office visits at UT Southwestern facilities and for services they provide at Parkland facilities.



• Children’s Medical Center facilities and providers are considered Tier 1 in the Parkland Employee Health Plan (PEHP); however, Children’s Medical Center providers are not individually listed in the Tier 1 directory.



• Behavioral Health Providers who appear in the Tier 2 Provider Directory search (link below) are considered Tier 1 in the Parkland Employee Health Plan (PEHP).
